Applicant Queue

The "Applicant Queue" page is located under My Positions when you click on a position that you currently have listed under this category.  Once you open a position, you can see at a glance how applicants stack up against one another.  Hard Skills, Soft Skills and Virtual Interview (if they were added and/or scored), along with the total will give you this comparison among your applicants.

In your "Applicant Queue," you also have the choice of how you would like to see/sort your applicants.  There are tabs for AllActive, Hired and Withdrawn.  If you would like to take single or group actions, you can check the box to the left of the applicant's name and click the Take Action button and choose what action you would like to take with your applicant(s).

If you click on an applicant, you will be able to see his or her profile.  You can view their contact information, any messages that were sent to him/her, what Hard and Soft Skills Questions were answered undesirably, along with scoring the Virtual Interview Questions.  From this view, you can also contact references, schedule interviews, hire or reject the applicant.
